Our Haddock and whiting is also available smoked. Our fish Is sent on a daily basis to the best smoke house in the area, with whom over the years we have established an excellent working relationship with. All fish is prepared in the morning by our team before being sent to the smoke house where it is pickled and cured overnight. The fish is then smoked in the kilns the following morning before being packaged and returned by ourselves for despatch later that day.

Our Whiting and Haddock is available in yellow or natural smoke in either block or single fillets.
